Custom Order Based on a Final Design

1. Client Proposal

Client submits a finalized design along with an estimated allocation so that we may estimate the viability of the project.

2. Test Sample

We will produce a test sample based on your design for purchase at its retail value based on a comparable product on our site plus shipping. Once a test sample has been approved, we will produce the full order.

3. Payment Plan

First Payment: For orders above 2k, 50% of the invoice is due upon making the order. This is a non-refundable down payment via Stripe or Wire Transfer.
Second Payment: The second payment of 50% is due before shipping.

4. Shipping

Shipping on custom orders will be included in the quote. Depending on the product’s destination country (outside of the EU) and volume, import tax may apply.

Custom Order & Design Consultancy

1. Client Proposal

Client submits inspiration and requirements for each item (visual references, color palette, forms, sizes), estimated allocation, and preferred deadline.

2. Budget Approval

Casa Pletórica submits detailed workflow and timeline. If the project is viable, Client submits 25% non-refundable down payment.

3. Design Ideation

Our team will produce 2-3 briefs to meet client’s requirements, each subject to a review round for discussion and feedback.

4. Sample Production

Once you are satisfied with the design concept (design, form, color), we produce one (1) sample per product for review. Test samples are shipped to Client for review before moving forward with the full order set.

5. Review & Approve Sample

Client approves sample items and confirms production of full order by submitting second payment (50%).

6. Full Production

Casa Pletórica produces the full order based on approved design. Items ship once Client has submitted the remaining 25% payment.

7. Shipping

Shipping on custom orders depends on volume and the product’s destination. Import tax may apply.
